Thanks Martha Geppert. Yes. I need this permanently because the nature of the application will always create duplicates now and then and I want to create a view that will allow the end user to view and process these duplicates and conflicts. I have already created a view that allows them to resolve conflicts that have Response(s) documents and I created a successful agent that found the duplicates where all were Parents and sent an email to the end user with a list but the agent keeps timing out on the Live server and we cannot resolve the "timing out". Hense I am looking for an alternative using a view. Your idea seems a possible, do you have a link to a possible example please
